We started with a simple question: why does bold, authentic Tex-Mex have to be complicated? We set out to build something different — a place where every bite tastes like it was made with intention, because it was.

From day one, we committed to making everything in-house. Our salsas, our guacamole, our marinades — made in-house every single day. We use fire to bring out depth. We don't cut corners. We believe Canadian-built means something.

Today, GUAC Mexi Grill has grown to 56+ locations across Canada, and we're just getting started.

What Goes In

100% grain-fed chicken. Canadian Triple-A beef, marinated overnight in house-made seasonings and charred to order. No artificial flavours, no artificial colours, no preservatives. Every item built from scratch, every day.
