Our Values ↓We started with a simple question: why does bold, authentic Tex-Mex have to be complicated? We set out to build something different — a place where every bite tastes like it was made with intention, because it was.
From day one, we committed to making everything in-house. Our salsas, our guacamole, our marinades — made in-house every single day. We use fire to bring out depth. We don't cut corners. We believe Canadian-built means something.
Today, GUAC Mexi Grill has grown to 56+ locations across Canada, and we're just getting started.
