By accessing or using guacmexigrill.ca (the "Site"), operated by ATM Holdings Inc. ("Guac," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, do not use the Site.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that doesn't infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, the Site by any third party.
Menu items, prices, and promotions may vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Limited-time offers are available only during the stated promotional period, and only at participating locations.
Catering pricing and availability vary by location. Where a per-person minimum applies, it will be disclosed at the time of quote. Catering is available at participating locations.
Gift cards are subject to our separate gift card terms, including rules on expiry, redemption, replacement, and participating locations.
Contests and promotions run on or referenced through the Site are governed by their own official rules, which take precedence over these Terms if there's a conflict. Void where prohibited.
Nutrition and allergen information reflects our approved standard recipes. Ingredients and preparation may vary by location, and cross-contact can occur in our shared kitchens. Guests with food allergies should speak with restaurant staff before ordering.
Information about franchising on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell a franchise. Any offer is made only through a Franchise Disclosure Document, in compliance with applicable law.
All content on the Site, including logos, text, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to Guac and may not be used without our written permission.
If you submit content through a contact form, franchise application, or similar private form, you grant us the right to use that submission solely to respond to your inquiry and administer our business. The Site does not currently include public community or comment features, and we do not claim a broader licence over anything you submit.
The Site may link to third-party websites, including our contest platform and social media pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
The Site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, Guac is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
